2021 brings Ace Metal Inc. to our 75th anniversary. We appreciate the support from all our customers to allow us to succeed for this length of time and look forward to another 75 years. Looking back, Ace Metal has worked hard to build an excellent manufacturing reputation, and that legacy of being a dependable supplier has carried over and continues to drive our operations. It’s why customers trust us to be their partner in a commodity field.

Founded in 1946 by my father, Walter Medoff, Ace Metal continues as a family-owned and operated company. I started there in 1974 and spent seven years in the factory. I learned all the production phases, which was an informative experience, as was my earing a business degree at Bryant University. I moved into the office to learn sales, purchasing and other duties. My father taught me the rest of the business, how to treat customers right. I say this because who I am and what I do for Ace Metal customers is a direct result of that background.

Today, Ace Metal manufactures high-quality, fine wire metal spools that are used in the ferrous,nonferrous,tire cord,fiber optic and aero-space industries as well as for many other applications. Our spools range from 6-in. to 14-in. flange diameters. They are designed with uniform quality and precision and are also used in the batch annealing process. They are made from prime cold-rolled steel and are available in multiple-colored finishes. Our tubular wire carriers, which come in square-base, star- base, clover-leaf base, and circular-base designs, are used to ship large diameter wire and rod as well as internal wire carriers and payoffs.
