The USDCC team has developed the USDCC Connect Learning Management System, a comprehensive platform that offers over 180 soft skill professional development courses. This pioneering program, unique to the chamber space, provides chamber members with a valuable tool to effectively train their workforce. Additionally, parents can utilize this system to prepare their children for future employment by providing them with soft skill training.


USDCC CONNECT was developed out of necessity due to COVID-19 We quickly understood the gravity of the situation and understood that most of our parents, partners and chamber members did not have an online training solution that matched the needs of the disability space and non-disabled workers. To meet this concern of our members the USDCC created the USDCC CONNECT which enabled our parents and inclusive businesses to offer a soft skills training solution to their children and assist employers with training their workforce in skills that are needed by our youth and most of our digital centered workforce, which have lost many of the basic soft skills which are valuable. We were encouraged to create a learning management system by the clients we serve, and our clients requested our expertise to address digital inclusion / soft skills learning and employment while mitigating social isolation by creating an online learning community.
